Shipping methods and costs
We send all our repacks via Ground Advantage with tracking. The cost for shipping typically ranges from $5 to $8, ensuring your valuable sports card repacks arrive safely and with the ability to track their journey to you.
Delivery times
If you place your order before 3 PM EST, your order will ship the same day. Delivery times depend on USPS, but packages normally arrive within 2 to 4 business days. We strive to get your repacks to you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your pulls sooner!
Our return and exchange policy
Due to the random nature of repacks, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened repacks. We cannot offer refunds based on the contents of a pack or because a customer did not receive the card they were hoping to pull. if the item you received does not align with floor shown on the website, we will send you a free Gorilla Gold Repack (please follow guidelines below in damaged or incorrect orders).
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of the item. Include your order number, photos of the package and product, and a brief description of the issue. If the error was ours or the item was damaged in transit, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
